History
The EOF began in 1965. Its mission has been to assist High School Students living in the Black Forest area with their education expenses. Every year since 1965, the EOF has awarded scholarships to students attending community and four-year colleges, vocational/trade schools and academic endeavors.
The original sponsor of the organization was the Black Forest Community Church. Reverend Nick Natelli, Mrs. Edith Wolford, and many other local residents offered their time and effort to make the fledgling EOF a success.
